My Face Book
FaceBook.com has been a site perhaps one of the most used for locating long lost friends. I for one have actually locate a Secondary school friend that has not been seen for ages. For some, it is a place to build network for business intentions.
But one of the controversial thing is that recently i read in the papers that legal action has been initiated via FaceBook in one of the countries.Of course, the normal ways of serving legal actions has been exhausted..
Can you imagine the wonders of FaceBook.com? I always wonder what else can be done via Faceboook.com.... It always amazed me

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH IS GOOD
I have read this interesting article from my email. Hope this works out for some of you guys out there. Here is it as from my email on exact word ( Not written by me.. Seriously i really don't know who is the real writer.. he he he)
It is popular in Japan to day to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, Body ache, Heart system, Arthritis, Fast Heart Beat, Epilepsy, excess fatness, Bronchitis Asthma, TB, Meningitis, Kidney and Urine Diseases, Vomiting, Gastritis, Diarrhea, Piles, Diabetes, Constipation, all eye diseases, womb, Cancer and Menstrual Disorders, (ENT) - Ear, Nose and Throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREAMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth , drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water... Interesting!
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes
3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce Main Diseases:
· High Blood Pressure - 30 days
· Gastric - 10 days
· Diabetes - 30 days
· Constipation - 10 days
· Cancer - 180 days
· TB - 90 days
· Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily.
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life.

Shocking & Disgusting News
OMG... This is really cruel.. I just wish this ain't happening in China... The way the Chinese tortured animals to death was so terrible.For the sake of fur? Wish that will cease one day. Perhaps, the method the animals were kill was definitely wrong.. really inhumane.

I Bet You Have Never Seen This Before At Any Train Station
When i first saw this at You Tube, i was telling myself... Oh My Gosh.... Is this a joke or what?!!!.. In such an advance country like Japan, can't the Japanese actually wait for the next train. The train service should be fast.
Seriously, i don't see such think even in Malaysia. I bet if such action of pushing being done in Malaysia, some guys would be so happy...
I really hope it will never come to such a stage for Malaysia train transportation. I rather the train comes in slower..

Don't know if this is true.... A 16 year old boy was swallowed by a python at Taman Negara, Malaysia.
Heard that it was not publicized in the newspaper fearing that it may scare away tourist.
Can somebody verify if this is true?
